In the fourth part of “Adventure Around the Corner“, Eleanora and Alena decide to look for “Capercaillies in the Black Forest“. Equipped with lots of good advice and in high spirits, they set out, but it’s not so easy to find and observe these shy and extremely rare birds in their native habitat. But the two resourceful girls don’t give up their plans. They meet with various experts who show them how to detect the presence of capercaillies by means of the various traces they leave. The girls also learn how to behave in order not to endanger these birds, which are at risk of extinction in Germany.
